Greetings folks,

I just wanted to let you all know that I have started working at a Wellness Center in Oakland called Body180. It's a beautiful space on Grand Ave near the Grand Lake Theater that also offers yoga and will be offering nutrition, personal training and injury treatment in the near future.

While the business is officially open now, they're having Grand Opening events on April 1st and 2nd to celebrate and introduce themselves to the community. During these two days you'll be able to take Hatha Yoga classes, there will be a Nutrition workshop, a Meditation workshop, a kids yoga class, and lots of massage. Some things are at a deep discount and the rest are free! I hope you're able to come and check it out. I'm really excited about this place and it's commitment to the community.
